Center Tow Cart System

There was once a time that we had to put our drive system within a 5 ft. square pit… those days are long gone! Now we utilize the RSI Gorilla drive, which is surfaced mounted and requires very little concrete work with center pin cart systems. With the use of an in-floor chain box, we can reduce the concrete cut to 20″ x 15″ x 9″ deep–a far cry compared to the 5 ft. square pit. This design is protected by US Patent #9,096,383

Dual Pin Crossover

The Dual Pin Crossover is our newest development for Crossing Over the drive section, ensuring to hold EXACT center spacing in order to keep maintain consistent takt times for synchronous conveying applications. This design ELIMINATES the need for an air actuated cylinder to push the carts across the “dead zone” at the drive section. This design is protected by US Patent #9,096,383

Accumulation

Improve takt time with Accumulation. The Towline Conveyor is capable of queuing over 100+ carts in a chain reaction known as “close-pack”. Close Pack enables the true benefits of a Power & Free system, as you can get more time in smaller areas.

Infloor Applications

Our standard tow cart offers a 36″ x 34″ base using 2″ x 1″ 11 gauge tubing. All carts are inclusive of the tow pin assembly for interaction with the main tow chain. Carts can be supplied with a variety of top configurations to suit various application requirements. Carts are supplied standard with 5″ dia. casters; 2 swivel casters in the front and 2 rigid casters on the rear. Carts can be custom designed to suite individual requirements as needed for specific applications. The cart is equipped with a 36″ x 72″ rotary top which rotates on 4 lazy-susan wheels.
